Gaelic Blessing

May the road rise to meet you.

May the wind be always at your back.

May the sun shine warm upon your face,

And the rains fall soft upon your fields.

And until we meet again,

May God keep you in the palm of His hand.

Bean feasa (pronounced like the 'e' isn't there, ban fassa) means "wise woman" or "woman of knowledge."

Mamaí (pronounced mammy) mean mom or mother.

Amadán (pronounced just as it is spelled and means fool.
